Solving Problems for Your Client

If your client has very few documents it can take time to get all the proof the client will need to get an ID card. 

It is important that your client keep a record of what is being done to get all the documents.  This record will help in case he or she can't get the papers the Secretary of State prefers and needs to request an exception.
